This Smart Graph brings together HR data from different sources. The "Staff" tab shows personnel data, such as age, department, and salary scale. The timeline allows you to view data from previous months and see the prediction for the next month. The charts will adapt to every selection you make. The "FTE" tab shows the course of the number of FTE and the number of employees. In the graphs you can select a period. In both dashboards you can add graphs and make a pdf including your selections to add to a report.
